HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Orders are really easy to do, simply fill your cart with the required products and quantities. No account is needed so to process the order just fill in your details and shipping details. Select the delivery option and payment method and just follow the payment instructions. Any problems then give us a ring on 01262673252.
DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days, this allows us to provide a great service at a great price.... FREE
Orders placed after 3.30 pm will be treated as next working day. This ensures I can do stock takes, orders and other paper work etc without it affecting delays in dispatch.
DELIVERY TIME: ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS POST 1-3 DAYS.
UK Delivery is free, minimum order only £5.00
We gladly ship to all BFPO addresses. These are sent via Royal Mail.
Please allow upto 15 working days for delivery before reporting a missing order. We cannot claim for missing orders with Royal Mail for 15 days. Missing orders once reported to us either by phone or email will be re-issued or refunded after 15 days and we will make the claim through Royal Mail.
Damaged items need to be reported to us asap and original packaging kept to help with Royal Mail claims. Items damaged in transit will be replaced straight away.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
We ship worldwide. Just select the delivery country at checkout and postage will be added. All items sent overseas go via air mail.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted and must be received within 14 days of purchase and complient with the distance selling regulations act.
Returns and damaged items will be returned at customers cost. Items returned will be refunded minus a handling charge of £1.50.
Damaged items will be refunded or replaced.
PAYMENT
We can accept payments online via 128bit ssl. All major credit & debit cards are accepted.
We do not accept American Express.
HSBC secure checkout with added security measures and new verified by visa & mastercard.
You can give us a ring Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm and give payment over the phone.
We also accept cheques (to clear) and postal orders.
No payment details are kept on file by us it is encrypted by the 128 bit ssl, which is one of the most secure payment facilities to date.
Payments may appear on your statement as Earthangel Gifts & Crafts - our parent company.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS
When an order is placed online you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received your order. However this does not confirm receipt of payment. Any problems relating to payment (ie card number errors etc) we will contact you via email or phone.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If items are out of stock we will forward your order and send the out of stock items as they arrive. We get stock delivered daily. If we don't know when the out of stock items will arrive then we will issue a refund. No extra postage will be charged for the resent items.
If there is a delay with any item we will send an email informing you of this so you can decide weather to wait or to receive a refund.
